Qualifications

• Working towards or holding Microsoft MB-310 certification.
• Ideally, finance certification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA), ITIL 4 Foundation, and hands‑on finance experience.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and consultancy services to clients based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Manage service review calls with clients and provide insights into their system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve incidents impacting finance.
• Carry out other related duties as required.
