About the Role

We have a great new opportunity with a bridging lender who needs a Junior Portfolio and Recoveries administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Post-completion administration including writing to borrowers, updating internal systems, and creating action points
  • Monitoring loan servicing and collections where borrower interest payments are required
  • Servicing tasks including maintaining building insurance records, monitoring registration of charges, and liaising with solicitors on outstanding conditions
  • Managing redemptions: contacting borrowers 3 months prior to loan expiry, processing extension requests for Credit Committee, liaising with finance and issuing redemption statements, and coordinating with lawyers regarding Land Registry discharge paperwork and investor updates
  • Supporting default processes including instructing solicitors and borrower correspondence
  • Assisting the wider Portfolio and Recoveries team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensuring KYC/AML and compliance requirements are monitored and met throughout servicing and recovery stages
