A healthcare organization is looking for a proactive Finance Analyst to join their Central Finance team on a fixed-term contract of up to 15 months. The role involves supporting month-end reporting, maintaining budgets, and collaborating closely with Finance Managers. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of financial processes are essential. The position offers a salary of £40,000 per annum plus an extensive range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance Analyst to join our friendly Central Finance team on a fixed-term contract of up to 15 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Southampton and Portsmouth sites, along with holding responsibility for selected central finance budgets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and making a real impact within a collaborative healthcare organisation.
You’ll be part of a supportive and welcoming finance community, working closely with Finance Managers, site teams and our wider Central Finance function. The role offers a great balance of independence and team connection; the finance team attends Head Office in Theale, Reading every Tuesday, and the rest of the week is remote, with very occasional site travel.
