Job summary
A leading facilities management company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Soft Service Mobilisation and Change Manager. This role, crucial for supporting business leaders, involves managing change initiatives while ensuring quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience in facilities management, and a proven track record of successful change programmes. The position is mobile, with high travel levels expected, and at least two days a week in Ipswich.
Qualifications
- Qualified to APM or Prince 2 Practitioner level, or equivalent.
- Comprehensive experience of change management and project management.
- Experience leading FM mobilisation and transition programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate change and mobilisation activities.
- Manage project plans, risk and issue logs, and documentation.
- Build and maintain close relationships with project stakeholders.
