De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham Buckinghamshire are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade to work alongside our Executive Head Chef Stephen Englefield.
The hotel has two kitchens to service the property. We offer buffet breakfast and lunches for our conference guests as well as private dining options and a restaurant & bar menu. The hotel is a busy conference and events venue to include weddings, but we also have leisure guests.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to join our Level 4 Chef Apprenticeship.
