Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with an established market‑leading, award‑winning law firm based in Nottingham. We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to provide admin, financial and file management support to a large and busy team. A key part of the role will be helping with affordable housing disposals for major housebuilder clients. You’ll need to be a strong team player who can build good relationships with colleagues and clients. There are great opportunities for progression, and we will support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting property transactions, particularly affordable housing disposals
  • Preparing and managing legal documentation (Contracts, transfers etc)
  • Handling communications with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Managing completions, post‑completion processes, and Land Registry/SDLT filings
  • Ensuring team files and records are accurate and up to date
About You
  • Experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Property Executive
  • Knowledge of property or real estate law is an advantage, but training will be provided
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
