Job summary

A leading hospitality company is seeking an Account Executive to manage meeting inquiries for clients in the UK and Ireland. This role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to present solutions to client needs, and proven sales experience in hospitality. The position offers opportunities to enhance client awareness of hotel options and contribute to revenue growth while working collaboratively within a team. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, while bilingualism is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven hotel sales experience in Groups, Conference & Events team or as a Sales Executive.
  • Bilingualism is preferred.
  • Understanding of sales process, tools, measurements, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key accounts and enhance client awareness.
  • Identify meeting needs of clients and present suitable solutions.
  • Act as a communicator between accounts and hotels.
  • Document development of business opportunities and report accordingly.
  • Participate in industry events and represent Hilton Worldwide.
