Responsibilities

• Support account team in planning and management of events.
• Own status documents and monthly reporting.
• Manage suppliers for branding, accommodation and transport.
• Oversee restaurant and tour reservations.
• Track and deliver tickets through a mobile ticketing system.
• Assist in producing operational reports as needed.
• Manage guest information updates and communicate on-site.
