We are currently looking for a passionate Business Development Executive, to join our Sales and Marketing Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five‑star service to our guests and each other. As a Business Development Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
  • Account manage existing key accounts tracking and growing revenue along with gaining and developing new accounts for agreed target markets.
  • To increase the volume of UK and overseas residential events held at the hotel.
  • Full sales function, including pre‑sales activities, preparing quotations, researching all potential clients gathering all market intelligence through telemarketing, as well as handling post‑sales activities.
  • To meet and exceed monthly agreed targets for telesales, appointments and revenue targets.
  • To recommend membership of relevant associations, sales trips and trade shows that will benefit the Hotel in achieving its budget.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
