A leading sports organization is seeking two Non-Executive Directors for its commercial subsidiary. Applicants should possess substantial experience in commercial strategy and governance, with a proven track record in guiding organizations through transformation. The role includes providing oversight and strategic counsel to drive growth and innovation in cycling. This voluntary position, while not salaried, covers reasonable expenses and operates with a term of three years, with the possibility of extension.
