Executive Assistant / PA to Founder Creative Content & Video Studio | North London (Zone 4) Temporary initially | Immediate start Office-based, 5 days per week

A fast-growing creative studio specialising in digital and social media content is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant / PA to Founder to support its Founder. Established for over five years, the business operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a young and highly engaged team.

This is a hands-on, trusted support role for an EA who enjoys working closely with a Founder and being deeply involved in the day-to-day running of a creative business.

The Role of Executive Assistant / PA to Founder Working as the Founder’s right hand, you will provide comprehensive executive, operational, and personal support, ensuring priorities run smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a complex and constantly evolving diary across time zones
  • Taking ownership of inbox management and communications
  • Acting as a central point of contact between the Founder, senior stakeholders, and external partners
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and action points
  • Coordinating senior meetings, projects, and off-site planning
  • Supporting ad hoc initiatives and projects as they arise
  • Organising complex international travel and logistics
  • Coordinating attendance at industry events and engagements
  • Providing personal support, scheduling, and day-to-day assistance
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times
