The Orangery Tottenham Court Road is seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our innovative farm-to-table restaurant in London. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will work directly with our Executive Chef to bring our Modern British cuisine to life, showcasing the freshest ingredients from our underground vertical farm that cultivates 35,000 plants.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus that highlight our daily farm harvests and locally sourced ingredients
  • Lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence, overseeing all culinary stations including our Chef's Table experience
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and sustainability
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dining areas including the main restaurant and lounge
  • Work closely with our farm team to understand harvest schedules and incorporate fresh produce into daily specials
