Executive Assistant à United States

My client is looking for a Receptionist to work at a School around the Marchwood area. This is a Part-time Temporary Position for 1 day per week to start on Wednesday 23rd April 2025 on an ongoing basis. There is also flexibility to pick up other shifts.

You will be required to work the following hours:
8am-4pm (Wednesday ONLY)

To be considered you MUST have the following:

1. A valid Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate
2. Experience working as an Administrator/Receptionist in a Busy school setting (Arbor experience would be preferred but not essential)
3. Be available to start work on Wednesday 22nd April 2025

Job Duties:

1. Receptionist tasks, e.g. greeting and signing in visitors, checking visitor DBS and recording details, dealing with phone queries, taking deliveries
2. There may be other administrative tasks commensurate with the level of the role.
