Qualifications

  • Strong experience in administrative roles, particularly in secretarial work.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for Command Teams and Senior Managers.
  • Manage email inboxes prioritizing urgent messages.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial services as per the Service Level Agreement.
  • Arrange meetings, manage diaries, and take accurate minutes.
  • Support the preparation of meetings with relevant documentation.
  • Respond effectively to telephone inquiries and manage visitor interactions.
