A dynamic planning firm is seeking a Chartered Town Planner in Wytham, UK, to lead planning projects and provide expert advice. The ideal candidate will have RTPI membership and a solid track record in UK town planning. Responsibilities include managing projects, preparing planning applications, and collaborating with stakeholders. Qualifications
- Proven experience in town planning within the UK.
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policies.

Responsabilités
- Lead planning projects from inception to completion.

- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
