A dynamic software company in Milton Keynes seeks a Software Trainer to enhance customer experience through effective training and consultancy. You'll be responsible for project delivery, customer advocacy, and building relationships to ensure users get maximum value from the software. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional training for both new and existing customers. About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Software Trainer to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll deliver training that helps our customers get the best from our platform—whether that’s part of a brand-new implementation or helping power our customers to go even further.
This is a role that blends training, consultancy, and customer advocacy. You’ll work across departments, build relationships with customers, and help them realise value at every stage of the journey.
