Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Senior Technician (Specialist Services BMS) to manage the administration and workload of the Estates team. Ideal candidates will have significant experience within their trade and excellent communication and leadership skills. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £38,682 to £46,580 per annum depending on experience and is critical to maintaining hospital infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Must have thorough understanding of specialist area.
- Experience in non-routine maintenance and fault finding.
- Ability to analyse complex engineering systems.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of building staff within Estates.
- Supervise external contractors to meet work standards.
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
