An NHS-based organization is seeking an Estates Coordinator for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in Oxford. The successful candidate will manage various facilities services, ensuring operations meet NHS standards and responding to site needs swiftly. We have an opportunity for a Estates Coordinator (EC) join our team based out of Oxford for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract . The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance base bonus.
This role involves managing a varied portfolio within Oxford, this is a reactive position requiring site attendance at short notice and as such the successful candidate must be based in the Oxford area. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in‑house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring local site operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
You’re a flexible and motivated individual, ready to respond quickly to site needs, with a customer centric attitude and a background in Facilities Management. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast‑paced environment and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience of managing a complex portfolio.
