Job description

As a growing Multi Academy Trust under a rapid growth plan, now is an exciting opportunity as we look to secure a Head of Estates & Facilities to join our Senior Management Team.

Working under the leadership of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leadership of Operations related projects and the Facilities Management team and sub-contractors, Health & Safety (H&S) Advisor and Operations Co-ordinators across all provision sites and Central within the Trust. This role will take a lead across all areas under “Facilities and Estates”, contributing expertise to support the Director of Operations and wider Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in line with the development and delivery of the Brunel Operations Strategy.
