A successful law firm in Lancashire is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support a fee earner with a varied caseload. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in conveyancing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Responsibilities
- Work closely with a fee earner assisting with a varied caseload.
- Carry out Land Registry searches.
- Draft sales contracts.
- Liaise with clients.
- Exchange contracts.
- Request redemption statements.
- Handle completions.
- Manage post completion files.

The Role:
- You will be working in the Nelson office working closely with a fee earner assisting with a varied caseload from inception through to completion
- Caseload is varied and will include:
- Carrying out Land Registry searches
- Drafting sales contracts
- Liaising with clients
- Exchanging contracts
- Requesting redemption statements
- Handling completions
- Post Completion files
Requirements:
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year's experience assisting a conveyancer
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
