The Firm:

The Role:

• You will be working in the Nelson office working closely with a fee earner assisting with a varied caseload from inception through to completion
• Caseload is varied and will include:
  • Carrying out Land Registry searches
  • Drafting sales contracts
  • Liaising with clients
  • Exchanging contracts
  • Requesting redemption statements
  • Handling completions
  • Post Completion files

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have at least 1 year's experience assisting a conveyancer
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
