A well-established law firm in Oxford is seeking a proactive Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support the conveyancing team. You will manage client communication and file organization, playing a key role in smooth property transactions. Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of conveyancing is required. We are recruiting for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy and friendly Property Department as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal based in Banbury.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team, assisting with day-to-day tasks that keep property transactions running smoothly. From client communication to file management, you’ll be involved in every step of the process.
