The role

The firm is hiring for a Property Litigation Partner to join their office based in the heart of the West End of London.

• You will join a team of five in the litigation team, you will work alongside one other property litigator. You will also work closely with the real estate team. The department is currently very busy and are looking to hire a new Property Litigation Partner as a result.
• You will find a broad client base that spans many industry sectors, the variety will make for an interesting caseload.
• You will work with the Head of Department to drive the department forwards, you will be involved with planning and strategy, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team.
• The team receive most of their work from referrals which speaks volume to the level of service they provide.
• The caseload will deal with both high-value residential and commercial properties, the caseload will include; Landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent arrears, dilapidations, possession claims, boundary disputes, rights of way issues, restrictive covenants, break notices, adverse possession, service charge disputes, enfranchisement, planning disputes, and trespass or nuisance claims.
• You should be ambitious and someone who enjoys developing new business and building new relationships.
• This role could prove to be the perfect stepping stone for perhaps a senior associate, in a top -heavy team seeking a pathway to partnership.
• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
• Salary is competitive, along with a lucrative bonus structure, and is dependent on your background and experience.
