A recognized facilities management provider in High Wycombe is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a critical site. The role involves planned maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on all electrical systems.
- Conduct fault finding, minor installations, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
- Liaise with management, tenants, and contractors to minimize disruption.

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Critical site
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £45K + call out allowance (£200 each time).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 with call out rota of 1 in 3 weeks.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on all electrical systems including lighting, distribution boards, power supplies, and emergency systems.
- Conduct fault finding, minor installations, and ensure full compliance with H&S and statutory regulations.
- Plant room checks.
- Support with BMS monitoring, fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, and maintain UPS systems where applicable.
- Liaise with centre management, tenants, and contractors to ensure maintenance is delivered with minimal disruption.
- Keep accurate records and update logbooks and CAFM systems.
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or NVQ in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Proven experience in a similar retail or commercial environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ideal experience in data centres or critical experience.
- Desirable: HV experience
