We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and expanding Test Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our solid oxide technology by designing and delivering robust electrical solutions that support the development of Test Stands and associated equipment. Acting as the design authority for all electrical aspects of the Test Stand fleet, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards while prioritizing safety in every aspect of design and implementation. Working closely with Test Operations and Project teams, you will create scalable, cost-effective, and reliable electrical designs, develop commissioning plans, and establish maintenance schedules to maximize uptime and performance.
You will lead fault-finding activities, issue investigations, and improvement projects, while also conducting failure mode analyses to identify opportunities for enhancement. You will also produce detailed reports, provide accurate daily updates to management, and interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, you will offer technical leadership to less experienced team members, supporting planning, scheduling, and work package management to maintain a high-performing Test estate.
