A leading care provider in the UK seeks a Care Supervisor to manage and guide a small team within the Care Services team. This role focuses on ensuring high standards of care and supporting residents' dignity and independence. Package Description: Shift Details: four shifts per week, from 19:30 to 07:30, which will include every other weekend. Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.
