We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our food manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment. This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor who wants to drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.
- Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily targets.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
- Oversee equipment operation and maintenance, resolving issues quickly.
- Enforce health & safety policies to create a safe workplace.
- Conduct regular line inspections for efficiency and quality.
- Train and support new staff on procedures and safety.
- Keep accurate records of production, quality checks, and compliance.
- Work with QA teams to address non‑conformances.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Mechanical knowledge of production equipment.
- Good numeracy for measurements and data analysis.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proven leadership and team management experience as a Supervisor.
- Clear communication skills for training and cross‑department liaison.
- Knowledge of food industry regulations is desirable.
