Contract : Permanent
Hours : 33.5hoursper week,witha mixture ofday and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Pay : £15.24per hour for day shifts, £12.24forsleepingnight shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

As a Care Supervisor,you’llplay a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively andyou will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You willsupport the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, includingoverseeing the Care and Support team.Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need toundertake their L3.)
You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
You will havepreviousexperience of managing team members.
