A leading educational institution in Worcester is seeking a Cover Supervisor to oversee pre-prepared lessons in the absence of a teacher. The successful candidate will engage students, ensuring they stay on task while fostering a positive learning environment. This role offers flexible hours up to 32.5 per week during term time, with a salary range of £19,921 to £23,406 pro-rated. We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise pre‑prepared lessons in the absence of a teacher. The successful candidate will maintain a purposeful learning atmosphere and keep students on task, as well as have a passion for helping young people reach their full potential.
The hours are up to 32.5 hours per week. We welcome part‑time or full‑time applicants; please state your preference in your application. The hours available are Monday‑Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm. Term time only plus 8 Professional Development Days.
Salary: TA Scale 3, SCP 7 – 17. £26,403 FTE to £31,022 FTE dependent on experience. Pro‑rated to £19,921 to £23,406 (32.5 hours, term‑time only).
