Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of retail associates, guiding them to achieve sales targets and ensuring store presentation, cleanliness, and organization meet company standards. Enforce company policies, and train staff for exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Plan and execute merchandising tactics to boost product visibility and sales. Manage inventory, conduct regular checks, and order replenishments as needed.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze sales patterns and implement strategies to enhance performance and meet objectives. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement promotional initiatives and events.
