A retail company in Colne is seeking a committed Supervisor to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and capable of working both in a team and independently. Responsibilities include customer interactions, product assistance, merchandising, and maintaining department standards. Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Previous Supervisor experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Responsabilités
- Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Assisting customers to find the goods and products that they are looking for.
- Replenishment and merchandising.
- Maintaining housekeeping standards on the department, lone working.
- Undertaking administrative duties relating to the job role.
25 hours a week working 4/5 days out of 7.
We are looking to recruit a Supervisor who is committed, enthusiastic, enjoys a varied workload and who will take great pride in their work. You will demonstrate your ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as use your own initiative. We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores and you must be comfortable working on your own.
