Your Role:
As Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and performance of the home. You'll work closely with your team, residents, families, and external professionals to ensure the home runs smoothly and continues to deliver outstanding care.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a dedicated care team
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Managing occupancy, budgeting, and operational performance
Supporting staff training, supervision, and professional development
Driving a strong culture of person-centred care and family involvement
Maintaining excellent relationships with external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
