A leading water company is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The successful candidate will lead investigations, provide expert safety advice, and monitor safety performance on capital delivery projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, along with a NEBOSH Diploma and experience in a similar capacity.
Our Water company client is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor on a permanent basis in Hampshire. The role will cover Hampshire & the Isle of Wight with some occasional travel to our clients' Falmer and Worthing offices. You will join our clients' Capital Delivery team within the Health and Safety function. In this essential role, you'll ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lead investigations, and provide expert advice across capital delivery projects, helping to shape a safety culture within their infrastructure development and maintenance operations. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) team, you'll monitor safety performance, conduct site inspections, and support project managers with practical guidance. Whether offering technical advice on high-risk areas, such as temporary works, CDM, site set up, excavations, service avoidance or leading incident investigations during major capital projects, your expertise will drive improvements in safety compliance and culture.
