A specialist SEN school in Gateshead is looking for a psychology graduate to join their team. Their pupils have a range of additional needs, and the school provides a warm, structured environment that helps each child grow at their own pace. • Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH needs, and communication differences
• Helping to deliver tailored interventions and sensory routines

• Working 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and emotional regulation
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists who value your insight

• A psychology graduate who’s curious, reflective, and eager to learn

• An interest in SEN, child development, mental health, or behaviour support
• Experience with children or vulnerable young people is helpful but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
