A respected education charity is seeking an IT & Technology Business Partner to enhance digital capabilities and drive impactful change. We’re supporting a globally respected, mission-driven education charity in the search for an experienced IT & Technology Business Partner to join their collaborative team.
This organisation plays a key role in shaping the future of education through evidence, insight, and innovation. As part of their IT and Digital function, you’ll help design and deliver solutions that strengthen internal systems, enhance user experience, and support impactful work across the organisation.
As an IT & Technology Business Partner, you’ll be the bridge between technology and the wider business — ensuring digital solutions truly meet organisational needs. You’ll work closely with operational teams, senior leadership, and external partners to shape digital roadmaps, optimise systems, and deliver secure, efficient, and resilient technologies.
There will be significant opportunity to take on innovation led projects including AI focused initiatives to enhance the business across all areas.
You’ll also take the lead in planning delivery activity, building business cases, driving adoption, and ensuring that live systems remain robust and fit-for-purpose.
You’ll bring a strong blend of technical understanding, relationship-building, and delivery expertise. Ideal for those with experience in education, edtech, not-for-profit or third-sector organisations , but applicants from other mission-driven settings are also encouraged.

Salary : £58–£64,000 (DOE)
Contract : Full-time, 35 hours per week
Working Pattern : Hybrid — 1 day per week in the Slough office
