Have you always wanted to try being a Cover Supervisor in Secondary Schools? This is your perfect chance!

As a Cover Supervisor you will need the ability to control a classroom, think on your feet and ultimately be able to quickly make an impression on the children and build rapport.

Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor you are a replacement for the teacher for that day and all the learning material is predetermined; you will need to be comfortable guiding the children through the material. You will need to be thorough and punctual and ultimately be able to have a bit of fun. You will need to have strong classroom management skills and also behavioural management.

Qualifications

No previous experience required but you need to be comfortable leading a classroom of children aged 11–16.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
