The Role:
Location: Dartford HQ (with national travel to offices and project sites)
In this pivotal role, you'll design, deliver, and manage end-to-end talent and leadership programmes that empower our people to grow, lead, and thrive. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make learning meaningful and future-focused - not just deliver what's always been done.
- Design and deliver engaging, forward-thinking learning and leadership programmes.
- End to end programme management of the current suite of talent and manager development programmes, which support career growth, leadership, and skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create tailored solutions that align with business strategy and individual aspirations.
- Champion innovation - bring new ideas, tools, and technology into our learning strategy.
- Use data and feedback to measure impact, continuously improve, and demonstrate the value of learning.
About You:- A natural collaborator with strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
- A structured and hands-on programme manager, with a keen eye for detail and delivery.
- An engaging facilitator, confident in leading sessions and energising groups.
- Curious, confident, and resilient - someone who asks questions, speaks up, and thrives in a changing environment.
- A genuine passion for people, learning, and performance.
Skills & ExperienceWe value skills and capability above all, but you'll ideally have:
- 3-5 years in a learning, talent, or leadership development role.
- Experience in programme design and delivery aligned to performance and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Suite, Power BI and psychometrics).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ideally, industry insight into construction or similar large-scale, project-based environments.
- CIPD or equivalent professional L&D or HR accreditation.
