The Role:
Our client are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Lawyer to join a busy real estate team. You'll work with commercial landlords and tenants across a variety of matters, including joint ventures, retail and leisure projects, acquisitions, and developments for commercial and mixed-use purposes. The role will offer exciting opportunities to engage with SME and OMB clients while working on portfolio sales, business transfers (such as restaurants and guest houses), and advising on commercial contracts.
Beyond handling your own caseload, you'll play an active role in business development, helping to build strong client relationships and contributing to marketing efforts. With clear career progression opportunities and a supportive team, there's real potential for growth in this role.
