We're looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service AT Sherwood Court, Wakefield. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
The post is for 24.50 hours per week.

Required: GCSE grades D‑G in Maths and English or Functional Skills Level 1 in Maths and English.
