Job summary
A care organization in the East Midlands is seeking a confident Registered Manager to oversee operational and care functions within their branch. You will ensure compliance and high standards of care while leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate has experience in domiciliary care and a track record of exceeding KPIs. The role offers a salary of £35,000 along with benefits including 28 days annual leave and flexible working after probation.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding KPIs.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
- Manage relationships with commissioning bodies and external stakeholders.
- Provide supportive and respectful leadership to the care team.
- Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
