Rare opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Senior Associate / Partner to handle an existing caseload of commercial matters and assist in the further develop the department based out of the Birmingham office. The successful Commercial Partner will have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience and will ideally already be a Partner or a Senior Associate who is desperately trying to achieve partnership where they are.
