A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior Credit Control Manager based in Glasgow. This hybrid role involves leading the credit control function and overseeing collections and debtor performance. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in credit control leadership, strong people management skills, and a solid understanding of credit risk. W&A is supporting a well-established, international organisation with the appointment of a Senior Credit Control Manager. This senior role is based in Glasgow and offers a hybrid working model, combining flexibility with regular in-office collaboration. The successful candidate will take ownership of a critical finance function, leading teams and shaping credit strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment.
This is a high-impact leadership position with responsibility for overseeing end-to-end credit control operations. You’ll play a key role in protecting cash flow, managing risk and partnering with senior stakeholders to support sustainable commercial growth.
