Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Greater London is seeking a Pastry Assistant to join their production kitchen. In this role, you'll work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef and assist the team with various production tasks. The company provides up to £33,000 salary per annum, 33 days holiday, and many other benefits like discounted gym memberships, private medical insurance, and freshly prepared meals whilst on duty. Experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment desirable.
• A good knowledge of Pastry, and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef, & all Pastry Sous Chefs.
• Support the Pastry team with production tasks, including chocolate cutting, packaging & pressing crackers.
• Work well within the Pastry team and effectively manage time and tasks.

Working Hours:

• Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week
