Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Paid Social Manager to oversee and enhance our paid social campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving campaign success, and delivering innovative solutions that meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Take full ownership of paid social accounts, ensuring their success and growth.
2. Work closely with graphic designers to develop compelling creative content.
3. Manage client onboarding and continuous engagement to ensure long-term success.
4. Lead regular communications with clients, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
5. Push for ongoing improvement and innovation in campaign strategies.

Requirements:

1. At least 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns in an e-commerce setting, with a proven track record in handling diverse client accounts.
2. Excellent organisational and analytical skills to manage multiple accounts and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in an e-commerce agency setting.
2. Proficiency in using advanced analytical tools and data management to drive decision-making and optimisations.
