The role involves managing customer relationships, developing new products, and delivering training to retail staff and clinical teams. Responsibilities include:

• Managing sales within the territory to achieve growth
• Developing and introducing new products
• Providing product training and clinical education
• Representing the company at events

Qualifications:

• Proven sales track record
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large geographical area
• Experience in optical industry preferred
• Computer literacy essential
