A housing association in Scotland is seeking a part-time Development Manager to oversee its Langlands Court development in Hawick. The role requires a passion for helping people and expertise in housing management. Working Hours: 18 hours 45 Minutes per week
Remuneration: £13,720 per annum + Pension & Benefits
£14,411 per annum (Upon Completion of successful probation)

The Development Manager position is both a rewarding and challenging role that helps residents live independently within a safe and caring environment and involves working 18.45 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday on a permanent basis.
