Sitting within the Brand and Communications Team, the role holder will collaborate with various teams and work on internal briefs across the firm.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and production of high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and illustrations for both digital and print channels.
- Ensure consistent application and evolution of brand identity across all materials and platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies while mentoring junior team members to strengthen design capabilities.
- Oversee multiple design projects, maintaining timelines, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Enhance the firm’s digital presence and maintain a well-organised library of design assets.
- Influence brand strategy, contribute to innovative marketing efforts, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a globally connected firm.
The Candidate:
- Strong digital and print design skills with a creative portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience in animation and video production.
- Familiarity with asset and templating systems, with added value from experience in platforms like Papirfly or Foleon.
- Excellent attention to detail, original thinking, and the ability to design engaging presentations and support colleagues in enhancing their visual communication.
