Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage design quality activities (such as design review, buyoff, FMEA review etc.) for optical transceiver.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on potential failure or sample failures.
• Participate in design review, Kaizen and failure analysis meeting.
• Maintain lesson learnt from both design phase and MP phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master degree in Electrical, Optical, Mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering. Experience in optical field is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality analysis methodologies such as FMEA, MSA, SPC etc. Certified Six sigma green belt or above is an advantage.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software such as Excel, JMP, Minitab etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skill with data driven conclusions.
• Strong communication skill and work as a team member.
• Experience of PCBA circuit design or Optical design is a plus.
• Able to communicate both written and verbally in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
