A leading construction materials group in the UK is seeking a Surfacing Supervisor to oversee airfield surfacing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt surfacing, preferable in the aviation sector. This role involves leading teams, ensuring project delivery to safety, quality, and cost standards. Candidate will ideally reside within the Oxfordshire area due to key contracts the role supports.
The role will provide surfacing supervision services to key Airfield Surfacing projects being delivered across Great Britain by Breedon Surfacing Solutions. The role will we ensure that the asphalt surfacing works are delivered, safely, to time, cost, and quality requirements.
The role holder will need to lead the surfacing squads in the delivery of the surfacing works on commercial and military Airfields across GB. Demonstrating excellent operational organisational skills and control to ensure the successful delivery of the projects surfacing objectives.
