CAFM Planner - ENTRY LEVEL
Job summary
A leading employment agency is looking for an Entry Level CAFM Planner in Chester. The role involves scheduling maintenance work, managing resources, and supporting operational teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Facilities management knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time position with working hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and early finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities
- Schedule work according to resource availability, skills, and location.
- Maintain and update asset records, PPM changes, and task set descriptions.
- Train operational teams in the CAFM system and support procedural changes.
- Monitor performance, conduct audits, and produce reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
